Contractual Terms & Active Project Assets

Data disclosed during contract negotiations, statement of work execution, and active client campaigns is subject to non-disclosure obligations. Client system credentials, target criteria, campaign telemetry, and API integrations are maintained within dedicated, access-controlled environments.

All metrics and intelligence assets created specifically for a client project remain client property. Upon contract expiration or project completion, sandbox tokens and temporary access credentials are purged according to our verified data lifecycle schedules.
